Moran State Park

We are incredibly fortunate that there is so much preserved open space in the San Juan Islands. And a compelling argument could be made that a fair bit of that preserved beauty lies within the boundaries of Moran State Park on Orcas Island. If the miles of hiking trails, the handful of mountain lakes and waterfalls sprinkled about wasn't enough, it's also the home of Mt Constitution. From the top of of Mt Constitution, and especially from the Civilian Conservation Corps tower, there is a stunning 360 degree view of the entire San Juan Islands archipelago.
